Still cant login to the app. I think I'm going to cancel my insurance since everyone is incompitent at their job.
Why doesn't the app ever work? It constantly states there's an error.
Zero stars please. Absolutely atrocious app. To say the login process is insane is an understatement. If you're reading this, stick with logging in on the site on a browser. Everyone involved with creating and maintaining this app should be embarrassed, and should no longer be allowed to vote or contribute to society in any other form.
Can't login I've installed it and Uninstalled it several times then I always get a message that member could not be verified.
I'm also being generous! I have tried to login so many times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled until I'm done! Frustrating!! I can login on my laptop or work PC, but cannot on the app. It sucks!! I've emailed through the website and nobody can help me.
I'm not even able to login. I can login on the website but not the app.
I am unable to login. At first I thought I had the wrong password so I went on my laptop and tried from there and it accepted all of my login credentials I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app and even restarted my phone and still unable to login.
The only thing I would use the app for is to locate a provider. However the app won't let you use the find doctor feature. So it's pretty much useless.
When you try and look at providers that accept your insurance, it tells you to choose a plan and gives you no options so then you can't even see what Dr.'s are available. It asks if you want to set a pin for login it still has you sign in. Get it together!
